About Leigh Hudson
Leigh has worked in HR for over 20 years in a variety of industries including IT, Hospitality and Financial Services. In 2009, Leigh set up our sister company, Virtual HR Director Ltd offering HR consultancy services to the SME marketplace, and has spent the last seven years supporting businesses who don’t have HR support on-site and need help from taking on their first employee to assisting with issues such as recruitment, performance management and personal development.
Through this work, she quickly recognised a need to have a one-stop shop for everything HR, hence the birth of HR Marketplace.
